Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education with a Math/Science concentration Masters Degree in Reading Education

Mrs. Kelly Fish

I have taught for 18 years and have spent my entire career at Cooper.  I began in first grade , where I taught for 17 years, and then last year I looped up with my class and taught 2nd grade for the first time.  I loved it so much that I decided to make 2nd grade my home. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from UNC-Chapel Hill (with a Math & Science concentration) and a Master's Degree in Reading Education from ECU.  I have been married for 17 years and have 2 children that also attend Cooper (Bella-5th grade & Gabe-3rd grade). I grew up in Rochester, NY and moved to NC after graduating high school.  North Carolina is definitely my forever home and the beach is my happy place!
